Jalapeño Infused Gin
To make jalapeño infused gin, simply cut a jalapeño in half, scrape out the seeds, cut into thin strips, pop them into a bottle of gin, let sit for 24 hours, strain out the jalapeños and you’re good to go.
Depending on the size of the jalapeño, we recommend about half a jalapeño per full bottle of gin. A little goes a long way.
