Vanilla Vodka

The classic clear grain alcohol with vanilla flavor. You can easily infuse your own by popping a vanilla pod in a bottle of plain vodka. Slice it lengthwise first to expose all the flavor. Should take about 48 hours to infuse, but check it and leave it as long as you see fit. Store bought alternatives like Absolut also work just fine.
