Crème de Cacao (White)
A cacao bean liqueur first distilled by French monks in the 1600s. White just refers to clear Crème de Cacao as opposed to the darker, more chocolatey version. Most famously used in the classic Brandy Alexander cocktail. Although often used in a sweet context, Crème de Cacao can be a wonderfully subtle flavor when combined with citrus and herbal ingredients.
