Peychaud's Bitters

Peychaud’s bitters was developed in the 1830s by a Creole apothecary. Most famously used in the Sazerac cocktail, Peychaud’s is distinct from other bitters with prominent notes of anise and mint. It is manufactured in New Orleans.
