Egg White

Egg whites are used in cocktails much like they are in baking, to add a light foamy texture. Most famously used in all varieties of sours. We recommend dry shaking your egg white for about 20 seconds before adding the rest of the ingredients and shaking over ice. We also recommend substituting Fee Brother’s Fee Foam for egg as a vegan alternative for foamy cocktails.
